These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clean beauty products (including Uber-Black Mascara, Peppermint Lip Gloss, and other sulfate-, paraben-, and phthalate-free items) from Jones Roade (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (jonesroade.com, “Site”). By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. 1. Order Placement and Confirmation

a. Order Submission

When you place an order on our Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 4). All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price listed at the time you submit your order (provided the product is in stock).

b. Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment (sent to the email address you provide) confirming we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified product availability, processed your payment, and finalized your order. Once the Order Confirmation is sent (indicating your order has been processed for shipping), cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. 2. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier disruptions). c. Delivery Responsibilities

We are responsible for ensuring your order is shipped in accordance with the stated processing time. Once the order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery (including lost, stolen, or damaged packages) transfers to the carrier. 3. Returns and Refunds

You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged products for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Products that have been used, opened, damaged (by you), or customized are not eligible for return. b. Return Shipping Costs

c. Refund Processing
